2 killed in Kushtia bus-truck collision

KUSHTIA Correspondent: At least two people were killed and 10 others injured in a head-on collision between a bus and truck in the district on Friday morning.
The accident happened around 10.00am on Jhenidah-Kushtia highway at Phultala of Kushtia sadar upazila.
One of the deceased was identified as Mojibur (46), a bus passenger.
Shawkat, sub-inspector of Kushtia Model Police Station, said a Khulna-bound bus of Gorai Paribahan collided head-on with a truck coming from the opposite side, leaving the bus driver and a passenger dead on the spot and 10 others injured.
