3 killed in Comilla road crash

Comilla Correspondent: At least three people were killed and 15 others injured as a bus rammed a human hauler in Shikarpur area under Comilla Sadar Dakshin upazila.

The road crash took place on Comilla-Noakhali highway on Saturday afternoon while the deceased could not be identified immediately.  

The accident took place when the “Econo Paribahan” paribahan bus rammed the human hauler on Comilla-Noakhali highway around 3:30pm, leaving one dead on the spot and 17 others injured, said ASP Mohammad Sulaiman Miah of Highway police ( East Zone).

Later, the injured were rushed to Comilla Medical College Hospital where two succumbed to their injuries.
