7 killed as truck plunges into ditch in Bandarban

Bandarban Correspondent: At least seven people were killed and seven other injured when a truck plunged into a ditch in district’s Lama upazila on Thursday morning.

According to sources, the truck loaded with the mobile tower’s instrument of a mobile operator suddenly fell into a ditch around 7.30am in Yangchha area, killing four people on the spot and injuring 10 people. Later, three died at the hospital.
