Satkhira Correspondent: Police in a special drive have arrested 40 people from eight thanas of the district.
Police conducted the special drive from Thursday evening to Friday morning and arrested them.
Among the arrestees, 10 people were from Sadar upazila, four from Kalaroa, two from Tala, four from Kaliganj, seven from Shymnagar, four from Ashashuni, seven from Debhata and two from Patkelghata.
