BNP announces 3-day fresh programme

Senior Reporter: BNP has announced another three-day fresh programme countrywide demanding release of its chairperson Khaleda Zia from jail.

The programmes include collecting signatures from mass people across the country on February 17, submitting memorandums to all the deputy commissioner offices on February 18 and staging demonstrations across the country on February 20.

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir announced the second phase of the protest programmes at a press briefing at the party's Nayapaltan office on Thursday noon.
