Bangladesh becomes vice chairman of OIC body

Secretariat Correspondent: Bangladesh has been elected vice chairman of the Labor Council of OIC at its labour ministers conference in Jeddah.

Apart from this, Saudi Arabia has been elected chairman of this council.

Sources in the Ministry of Expatriates Welfare and Overseas Employment disclosed this on Friday morning.

Expatriates Welfare and Overseas Employment Minister Nurul Islam attended the conference in Jeddah on Thursday morning.

Bangladesh Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Golam Masih and Consul General Borhan Uddin also attended the conference.
