Bangladesh lose T20I series against Pakistan

Bangladesh team suffered a nine-wicket defeat to the Pakistan team in their second game of the three-match T20I series at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on Saturday.

The defeat meant that Bangladesh lost the T20 series 2-0. Following the today’s match result, the third match became just formalities.

Winning toss, Bangladesh opted to bat first and scored 136 losing six wickets in their stipulated 20 overs. Opener Tamim scored highest 65 runs from 53 balls.

After the exchange, a bowling debacle saw Bangladesh falter as they could only take a single wicket.

On the other hand, Pakistan opener Babar Azam scored 66 runs off 44 balls hitting seven boundaries and an over boundary. He received ‘Player Of The Match’ awarded.
