Govt pushing country towards grave danger: Fakhrul

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir has said the government is pushing the country towards a “grave danger” by reopening everything amid a huge risk of the spread of coronavirus.

The BNP stalwart made the remarks while speaking in a press briefing at the party chairperson’s Gulshan political office on Monday noon.

He said, “India’s government has talked to all of its chief ministers and principal secretaries and extended lockdown for another month. We also talked about this frequently. The government has made wrong decisions and pushed the countrymen towards grave danger.”
