JS body expresses dissatisfaction over graft in nuke project

Parliament Correspondent: Parliamentary committee has expressed dissatisfaction over the graft that happened in the construction project of Rooppur nuclear power plant.

The committee also recommended the ministry concerned take necessary measures in a bid to stop repeating such incident in future.

The recommendation was made at the second meeting of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Science and Technology Ministry held at the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban on Tuesday.

Minister for Science and Technology architect Yeafesh Osman attended the meeting as the special guest while Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Science and Technology Ministry Dr Ruhal Haque presided over the meeting.
