List of Razakars published

Liberation War Affairs Ministry has published a list of 10,789 Razakars who opposed the liberation war in 1971 and committed crimes in collaboration with the Pakistani occupation forces.

Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Huq disclosed this at a press conference held at his ministry on Sunday.

The list is available at the ministry’s website www.molwa.gov.BD

In his speech, AKM Mozammel Huq said it is the first list and other names will be published in phases.

The ministry sent letters to the deputy commissioners across the country to collect the list of Razakars who were enlisted as paid Razakars on May 21 in 1971.

Besides, a letter was also sent to the home ministry to preserve the list of Razakar, Al Badr, Al Shams and Shanti Committee.
