Majnu, who was arrested over rape incident of Dhaka University (DU) student, is a serial rapist, claimed Rapid Action Battalion (RAB).
He violated several disabled women earlier.
RAB came up with the information in a press briefing at its Kawran Bazar media centre in the capital on Wednesday noon.
