More than 100 dead in Nepal earthquake

Rescuers are searching through rubble for survivors
Risingbd Desk: More than 100 people have been killed after a 7.9 magnitude earthquake struck 80km east of Pokhara in Nepal about half way between the town and the capital Kathmandu.
A further 50 people are still feared trapped under the rubble of the Kathmandu`s iconic nine-storey Dharahara tower, which was brought down in the quake.
Police have removed around a dozen bodies from the 19th Century tourist site, also known as the Bhimsen Tower.
There are also reports of damage to the airport in the capital. Injured people have been brought to the main hospital.
