‘Mujib Year to transmit new vitality in national life’

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has said 2020 is an important year in our national life as birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman is going to be celebrated this year.

She said this while addressing the nation on Tuesday evening.

PM said this celebration is not just ceremonial-everything. Its aim is to infuse new vitality in national life.

The Mujib Year will begin through a grand celebration on March 17, she added.
