One killed in Pabna ‘gunfight’

Pabna Correspondent: A drug trader was killed in a ‘gunfight’ with police in Pabna sadar upazila early Saturday.

The gunfight took in Mohendropur area of the town around 2.00am.

The deceased was identified as Abdur Rahman (45), son of late Acher Uddin Sheikh at Kabirpur village under Dogacchi union of the sadar upazila.

Police claimed that he was a listed drug trader.

Police also recovered a shutter gun, a rifle, four rounds of bullets, 100 pieces of yaba and 500 gram cannabis.
