Sport Correspondent: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina hosted a reception for Bangladesh cricket team for their stunning success in the One-Day International (ODI) Series and T20 Series against touring Pakistan.
The reception was held on Saturday noon at the Prime Minister`s official Ganobhaban residence.
The PM also announced Tk. 2 crore for the cricketers.
Bangladesh whitewashed Pakistan in the three-match ODI Series. While in the one-match T20 Series, the Tigers routed Pakistan by seven wickets.
Later in the day, the team were scheduled to leave Dhaka for Khulna to play a Test there.
