SC order on Destiny chairman, MD’s bail pleas Tuesday

The Supreme Court will pass an order on Tuesday on two separate petitions filed by Destiny chairman and managing director seeking bails in two money laundering cases.

A six-member bench of the Appellate Division headed by Chief Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain fixed the date after concluding hearing on the bail petitions on Sunday.

Destiny Group Managing Director Rafiqul Amin and Destiny Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd Chairman Mohammad Hossain filed the bail petitions, saying that they have been suffering in jail for a long period.
