Shaon under quarantine as precautionary measure

Meher Afroz Shaon, wife of renowned writer Humayun Ahmed said, she is under "complete isolation and quarantine" as a precautionary measure against the novel coronavirus pandemic.

The actress shared a health update on social networking site Facebook on Tuesday.

In her verified Facebook page said that she visited New York City to attend a book fair. Though, the coronavirus spread in Washington but the COVID-19 did not hit at that time.

Expressing gratitude to the almighty, she wrote, “Finally I returned home yesterday”

“I am at home-quarantine at my Dhanmondi residence. I am doing fine. No fever, cough, body pain yet…”
