Siblings killed in Savar fire

Staff Correspondent, Savar: Two siblings have been burnt to death in a fire at Tetuljhara government primary school area of Hemayetpur in Savar.
The deceased were identified as Jahid, 13 and Nahid,6.
Locals said that the two kids died when a fire broke out inside their house while they were sleeping early Sunday. The mother of the victims was outside of the house.
Savar fire service senior station officer Liton Ahmed said on information, fire service unit rushed to the spot and doused the blaze. Later, the two bodies were recovered from the burnt house.
The bodies were sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital morgue.
