Tazbid tested negative for coronavirus

No symptom of coronavirus is found in the body of Bangladeshi student, who returned from China, officials said.

However, samples collected from his were sent to Institute of Epidemiology, Disease Control and Research in Dhaka for further investigation. The report will be available on Tuesday.

Rangpur Medical College Hospital sources said, Tazbid Hossain, hailing from Domar upazila under Nilphamari district, returned from China on January 29.

On Saturday noon, he was diagnosed with fever, cough and respiratory problems. Later, he was admitted to the hospital.
