Consumers satisfied over Walton`s after sales services

Consumers are taking after sales services at a Walton Customer Care point

Economic Correspondent: Thanks Walton for providing swift and best after sales services. Now, we can enjoy our life through purchasing Bangladeshi brand Walton products without lot of costs, said Md Tariqul Islam, a resident of Char Kamalapur in Faridpur district.

“I am satisfied on the after sales services of Walton. The behavior and manner of the after sales service providers are well. For supplying ‘Made in Bangladesh’ labeled products, Walton brand products received huge customers’ response across the country. I am hopeful about further progress of Walton brand,” said Darbesh Hafiz, a resident of Thanapara in Kushtia.

Islam and Hafiz, who are the users of Walton brand products, made the these remarks on customers’ feedback form of Walton Service Management System (WSMS) after getting post sales services from the Walton service centers in Faridpur and Kushtia.

Not only the service centers of Faridpur and Kushtia but also the other points across the country are experiencing such kinds of commending remarks on Walton post sales services from the Walton brand products’ users.

The WSMS officials claimed that only Walton Group has ISO (International Organisation for Standardization) certified service network in the country’s electronics sector.  With a view to delivering swift and best after sales services to the users, a total of 62 service centers are now run in 43 district towns. In addition, about 284 Walton Plazas across the country are also rendering initial post sales services to the users. The process of opening new service centers are going on. Along with the service points, the company also established a call center. The users are getting desired after sales services by making call on 16267.

Mentionable, the WSMS authority declared the current year as ‘Service Year.’ Thus, they increased the number of employees by more than 50 percent this year. Two e-mails, [email protected] and [email protected] are dedicated for the users so that they would provide their ideas and suggestions for further improving the after sales services of Walton. A Customers Feedback Form is made to know whether the post sales services provided by Walton are customer-friendly or not. In fact, these initiatives are taken by Walton Group to make a role model in the post sales service areas.  

WSMS Head Md Neamul Haque said Walton is now securing the apex position in the sales of fridges, air conditioners, mobile phone sets, televisions and other home and kitchen appliances. The customers kept their faith on Walton products. Now, our duty is to uphold the customers’ faith through providing swift and best services.

“We are continuously monitoring the problems, received by the call center and the service delivery,” he said adding: “Through analyzing the remarks of the users on the Customer Feedback Form, we have realized that we are doing right thing and delivering customer-friendly post sales services.”

A customer of Walton brand Mohammad Tajudding, who received post sales services from the Gopalganj service point, said, “I got services beyond my expectation. The environment of this service center is quite good. And, the behaviour of the service providers is satisfactory. We (the people of Bangladesh) expect such kinds of services from Walton.”

After getting desired after sales services for his Walton brand mobile phone, a resident of BKTTC area of Chittagong town Mongthin said, I for the first time came to this service center of Walton. I am overwhelmed over the services and the behaviours of employees and technicians. They informed me the condition of my mobile phone through sending SMS (Short Message Service).

Arup Shyam, who reside in Chandinagar said, “I am requesting Walton to uphold such swift and best after sales services.”
