AL suspends 18 leaders in Rajbari

Rajbari Correspondent: Awami League has suspended its 18 local leaders and activists for working on behalf of rebel candidates in Baliakandi Upazila of Rajbari district on Monday.
Upazila Chairman Abul Kalam Azar in his residence made the disclosure through a press conference on Monday around 2:00pm.
The party took decision as the leaders and activists worked on behalf of rebel candidates on April 23 avoiding central command.
The suspended men are- Abdul Khalek, Liakat Ali and Abdur Razzak from Narua Union, Haji Shahjahan from Islampur Union, Sabu Mollah, Liakat Ali, Abdur Rashid from Bahorpur Union, Hasenur Rafiq, Kalam Fakir, Fazlul Huq, Azam from Nababpur Union, Abdul Wahab Mollah from Baliakandi Sadar Union, Barek Ali Sardar, Kamrul Ohid Mir, Imdadul Huq Shamim, Kamal Sardar and Abul Kalam Mondol from Jamalpur Union.
