Staff Correspondent, Chittagong : Two people were killed and 10 other were injured in a head-on collision between a bus and pickup van in the district on Wednesday morning.
The accident took place around 9.30am on Dhaka Chittagong highway near Keranihat of Satkania.
The deceased could not be identified immediately.
Sub Assistant Director of Chittagong Fire Service Muhammad Jasim Uddin said the passenger bus collided head-on with the pickup van, leaving two dead on the spot and 10 injured.
The injured were taken to Chittagong Medical College Hospital.
