Justices advised to follow Code of Conducts

Staff Correspondent: Chief Justice SK Sinha has advised the retired and sitting justices to follow the norms and values (Code of Conducts).

The Chief Justice came with the advice on Wednesday while Justice Nozrul Islam Chowdhury, a retired High Court judge, appeared before the Supreme Court on behalf of convicted war criminal Mir Quasem Ali.

On Wednesday morning, the five-member Appellate Division bench headed led by Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha began  the appeal hearing of the death-row war criminal Jamaat leader Mir Quasem Ali.

The other members of the bench are Justice Syed Mahmud Hossain, Justice Hasan Foyez Siddique, Justice Mirza Hussain Haider and Justice Mohammad Bazlur Rahman.
