Textbook errors: NCTB suspends designer

Staff Correspondent: National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) on Tuesday suspended its artist-cum-designer following the embarrassing errors in this year’s textbooks.

Subodh Chandra Dhali, deputy secretary of Education Ministry confirmed the matter.

He said following the primary investigation, NCTB suspended Sujauddin Abedin.

The secondary and higher secondary divisions of the education ministry formed a three-member probe body to find out the people responsible for the mistakes.
