Staff Correspondent: The Appellate Division has deferred hearing of the review plea filed by war crime convicted Mir Quasem Ali to August 24.
A four-member bench headed by Chief Justice Surendra Kumar Sinha fixed the date on Monday noon.
The bench came up with the order a day after Quasem filed a time petition seeking a two-month deferment on hearing of the review petition.
