PM warns miscreants

Staff Correspondent: Pointing to miscreants in the country, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Thursday warned saying, "No miscreants will be gone unpunished who damage public fives and hamper their livings naming politics."

The Prime Minister came up with the warning while distributing cheques among affected people and their relatives at her office in the capital on the day.

Cheques were provided to the victims and family members whose lives and livings have been damaged due to the recent BNP-led anti-government protests.

Pointing to the BNP`s protests against the government, Prime Minister also the Awami League President also said that the no criminals who killed people alive would be spared in country.  

"Legal actions will be taken against the persons responsible for colossal damage to the people and killing innocent people alive in the name of politics," the Prime Minister also added.

While addressing in the programme she also said, "People of Bangladesh never had experienced such brutality in the past which BNP and its allies unleashed during their more than 90-days of agitation since January 5, 2015 election.

Shipping Minister Shajahan Khan, state minister for LGRD and Cooperative Moshiur Rahman Ranga, were also present, among others at that time.
