Entertainment Correspondent: Sunidhi Chauhan, one of the most popular Indian playback singers, is again going to enthrall the music lovers of Dhaka by rendering some of her hit numbers at a concert at the capital’s International Convention City Bashundhara on November 6.

Along with Sunidhi, Bangladeshi prominent composer, musician and singer Habib Wahid is also set to rock the Dhaka audience.

Club 11 Entertainment and Inception Media Ltd. are jointly arranging the mega event styled “Winter Blust 2015.”

With the celebrated playback singers of the two countries, Rakesh Myni, winner of the Indian Idol-5, is also scheduled to enchant the song lovers with his hit songs.

Tashfina Haider, chief executive officer of Club 11, and Khan Mohammad Badruddin, CEO of Inception Media, announced that the concert will start at 7pm and will continue till the mid night on November 6 at Naboratri Hall of the International Convention City Bashundhara.

The gate will open for the audience at 6pm, they added.

They will start the sales of the concert tickets within a few days. In addition, the interested audience can book the tickets of the concert from now, they added.

Habib Wahid has been staying outside the country for the last three months. He is scheduled to back Dhaka in the current month to take part at the event. By sharing an event poster on his verified facebook page, Habib invited his numerous fans to enjoy the concert. His works are a fusion of traditional Bengali folk music with contemporary techno and urban beats.

 



Earlier, Sunidhi toured Bangladesh and won the heart of the song lovers by rendering her outstanding performance. The celebrated Indian playback singer is best known for her Punjabi and Hindi film songs in Bollywood. Sunidhi has also recorded songs in several other Indian languages, including Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Malayalam, Oriya, Bengali, Assamese, Nepali, Urdu and English, making her one of the most recorded voices in India with over 300 studio recordings.

 

There are over 50 most popular songs of Sunidhi, such as, DG, Didar De Didar De, Desy Girl, Dance Pe Dance, Race Saso Ki, Pehlibar Mohabbatt Ki He, Crazy Kiyare, Crazy Girl, Hay Mera Dil and so on.

Sunidhi made her international debut with the Indian Mix song ‘Heartbeat’ in collaboration with Enrique Iglesias. She has been honored with some prestigious national awards on several occasions and established herself as the strongest live performer and singer in India to date.
