Work for people not for leaders: Obaidul to AL men

Cox’s Bazar Correspondent: Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader urged the leaders and activists to work for people as people is the source of power.

The Awami League leader made the opinion while speaking at a programme in Bir Shrestha Shahid Ruhul Amin Stadium arranged by local Awami League on Saturday.

He said that the party leader sent a message saying all success will ruin if politicians failed to win people’s heart.

Obaidul said, “Lot of development activities took place but, everything will be lost if we can’t behave well with people”.

Quader, also Road Transport and Bridges Minister, urged the leaders and activists to behave well.

And only then no one can stop our victory, he added.

District Awami League president Sirajur Mostafa presided over the programme where Awami League Joint General Secretary Mahbub-ul Alam Hanif, Organizing secretary AKM Enamul Haque Shameem and other attended.
