Verdict on five Kishoreganj war crimes accused today

Staff Correspondent: International Crimes Tribunal will give its verdict on five accused hailing from Kishoreganj today (Tuesday).
The three-member tribunal headed by Justice Md. Anwarul Haque will deliver the verdict.
On April 11, the tribunal kept its verdict pending after the arguments ended.
The accused are lawyer Shamsuddin Ahmed, Shamsuddin’s brother retired army captain Md Nasiruddin Ahmed, ‘Razakar Commander’ Gazi Abdul Mannan, Ajharul Islam and Hafiz Uddin.
They face seven charges of abduction, torture, murder, looting and arson committed during the Liberation War of Bangladesh.
