2 killed in Bogura bus plunge

At least two people are killed and three others injured as a bus plunged into a roadside ditch in Kichak area of Shibganj upazila in Bogura.

The deceased were known as Shahidul Islam, 45, son of Amzad Hossain, hailed from Raiganj village of Shibganj upazila and Shahidul Islam, 45, son of Amzad Hossain, hailed from Putkhur village.

Shibganj police station Officer-in-Charge Nannu Khan said, the bus hit an auto-rickshaw in the area and plunged into a roadside ditch around 9:30am, leaving the two people dead on the spot.
