2 missing brothers recovered in Sylhet

Habiganj Correspondent: Two brothers were recovered from Sylhet on Tuesday morning three days after they went missing from Habiganj.

The two brothers are Samir, 10 and Ovi, 8.

A relative of the two brothers informed the police after tracing them at Hazrat Shahjalal (R) mazar gate in Sylhet. Later, Habiganj police recovered them from the mazar area this morning.

Confirming the matter, Md Yasinul Haque, officer-in-charge (OC) of Habiganj Sadar police station, said the two brothers were recovered from the gate of Hajrat Shahjalal (R) mazar.

They were handed over to their father Shahid Khan, the OC said.

Earlier, around 7:00am on Saturday (July 1), Samir and Ovi went missing from their residence 'Fatemaloy' located at fire service road in the town.

Following this, their father filed a General Diary (GD) with Habiganj Sadar police station on the day.
