28 more names added to ACC list over casino scam

Twenty-eight more names have been added to the list of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) drawn up over casino scandal.

The Anti-Corruption watchdog started investigation 187 people who have amassed illicit assets and wealth through the casino business.

ACC Director General Sayeed Mahbub Khan made the disclosure to the reporters on Tuesday.

He, however, did not disclose the new names added to the list.

He said, “We earlier drew up a list of 159 individuals. 28 more names have been newly added to the list today (Tuesday). The names include some government officials and private officials as well.”
