3 special teams of ACC to take instant action

Staff Correspondent: Anti Corruption Committee (ACC) has formed three special teams to take instant action following several types of complaint on corruption.

ACC Chairman Iqbal Mahmud made the disclosure while addressing newsmen after a view exchange meeting centering ACC hotline-106 at Segunbagicha in city on Saturday.

He said that all types of problem cannot be solved instantly but, immediate actions will be taken against some disposable issues. 

The ACC chief also said that the watchdog already has formed three special teams. Three vehicles and other necessary equipments are kept ready for the team members.

ACC will take steps to buy walky-talky for ACC officials maintaining legal procedures, he added.

Iqbal Mahmud also said, "We want to work against corruption jointly according to the demand of the people. ACC 'hotline-106' can plan an important role in this regard."
