6 Myanmar citizens held with 3 lakh Yaba pills

Cox's Bazar Correspondent: Coast Guard personnel have detained six Myanmar citizens with three lakh Yaba tablets from Teknaf.

They were detained around 10.00am on Thursday from Dim area of Chhera Island under Teknaf upazila. 

Coast Guard Teknaf Station Contingent Commander Jafor Imam Sajib said acting on tip-off, Coast Guard personnel took position in Dim area. Meanwhile, the law enforcers signaled an engine run boat to stop moving. But, sensing the presence of them, the smugglers tried to flee the scene. Later, the law enforcers recovered the huge number of Yaba tablets and held six Myanmar citizens.
