Australia set 278 target for England

Sport Desk: Australia have set a target of 278 runs for the host England in 10th Match of Group 'A' in the ICC Champions Trophy-2017 at at Edgbaston of Birmingham on Saturday.

The Aussies, thanks to TM Head's 71 off 64 and AJ Finch's 68 of 64, managed to register 277 runs losing nine wickets in allotted 50 overs.

Australia's captain SPD Smith scored 56 runs off 77 balls while David Warner bagged 21 runs off 25 balls.

Besides, GJ Maxwell and MC Henriques scored 20 runs off 31 balls and 17 runs off 19 balls respectively.

England's MA Wood and AU Rashid took 4 wickets each. Wood gave 33 runs while Rashid cost 41 runs in their respective 10 overs with one maiden each.

Earlier, England won the toss and elected to field first.
