Bangladesh ranks 20th globally in number of coronavirus cases

Bangladesh now ranks 20th on the list of total confirmed coronavirus cases globally, according to worldometer.

Bangladesh reports of 2,828 new coronavirus cases in last 24 hours, raising the total number of confirmed cases to 60,391.

With this, Bangladesh surpassed the total number of covid-19 cases in Belgium. The European country currently ranked 21st as its total number of coronavirus cases stood at 58,907.

Meanwhile, 30 more people died of coronavirus infection in Bangladesh in the last 24 hours, climbing the death toll to 811.
