Garment worker stabbed to death in Gazipur

Staff Correspondent, Gazipur: A garment worker was stabbed to death by muggers at Telipara in the city early Tuesday.
The deceased was identified as Hasanur Rahman alias Hasan Mia (30), son of Azizur Rahman in Singabna area of Sreebardi Thana in Sherpur.
A gang of muggers obstructed Hasan Ali, a worker of Lavender Garments, while he was going to his rented house from the local bus stand, sources said.
The muggers snatched his bag and stabbed him with sharp weapons, leaving him injured critically.
He was taken to Shaheed Tajuddin Medical College Hospital where doctors declared him dead.
