HC directive to remove all illegal structures within 10 months

Staff Correspondent: The High Court (HC) has directed to remove all illegal structures from the capital’s Gulshan, Banani and Dhanmondi areas within 10 months.
A bench comprising Justice Salma Masud Chowdhury and Justice AKM gave the order after hearing on a writ petition on Wednesday.
Barrister ABM Altaf Hossin filed the writ petition. Attorney General Mahbubey Alam stood for RAJUK.
