HC issues rule to appoint 38 from 39th BCS

The High Court (HC) has issued a rule to appoint 38 cadres from 39th BCS (special) who got recommendation.
The HC bench of Justice FRM Nazmul Ahsan and Justice KM Kamrul Kader came up with the rule on Monday.
Advocate Mohammad Siddiq Ullah Mia moved for the petition while advocate Monirul Islam Rahul associated him.
Deputy Attorney General Barrister ABM Abdullah al Mahmud Bashar and AAG Saiful Alam represented the state in the court.
Siddiq Ullah Mia told reporters, a total of 4,792 candidates were recommended for appointment from the 39th BCS (special). But the government appointed 4,629. Other 38 candidates have yet not been recruited.
