Staff Correspondent: Injury marks were found at neck and head in autopsy of domestic help Laily Begum who mysteriously died at her part-time employer's house at the capital's.
Dr Sohel Mahmud, head of forensic medicine department of Dhaka Medical College, confirmed the news on Saturday afternoon.
Earlier, he completed autopsy of Laily's body conducted since 3:00pm to 3:40pm.
However, the head injury was not mentioned in the inquest report prepared by the Khilgaon Police.
Dr Sohel Mahmud also said several forensic tests including viscera and DNA will be conducted to uncover the mystery behind her death.
It will be clear about how she died once the tests are completed, he added.
Laily Begum was found hanging with ceiling fan at house 14, road 4 in Banasree where she used to work as a maid on Friday morning.
