Law to take its own course regardless of Papia’s identity

Awami League (AL) General Secretary and Road, Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader firmly said the law will take its own course regardless of Papia’s identity.

The minister made the assertion while replying a question at secretariat on Monday.

Following the illegal activities of arrested Juba Mahila League leader Papia, Obaidul Quader said, “Whatever her (Papia) identity, she is a criminal. She will face punishment accordingly.”

He said, criminals whoever they may be will have to face punishment.

Earlier, Obaidul Quader joined a meeting with Asian Development Bank (ADB) Country Director Manmohan Parkash.
