Man held with 7 gold bars in Benapole

Staff Correspondent: Customs Intelligence officials detained a man with seven gold bars from Benapole land port on Wednesday morning.
The identity of the detainee could not be known immediately.
Tipped off, a team of detectives conducted a drive at the land port and arrested him along with the gold bars worth Tk 35 lakh.
The bars were hidden inside his shoe sole.
Director General of Customs Intelligence Moinul Khan confirmed the matter to risingbd.com.
