Mother, son among 4 die in Sirajganj road crash

Sirajganj Correspondent: Four people, including three members of a family, were killed and two others injured when a bus rammed a microbus in Royhati area under Salanga upazila of Sirajganj on Thursday.

The deceased are Mili Begum, around 30 years, wife of Harun-or-Rashid, her son Sagar, 13, Mili’s father-in-law Solaiman, in his sixties, of Kahalu upazila and Abdul Khalek, in his thirties, a microbus driver of Dupchachia upazila of Bogra district.

Abdul Kader Jilani, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Hatikumrul Highway Police Station said that the accident took place around 12:45am when a Kurigram-bound bus of Dhanshiri Paribahan hit a microbus coming from opposite direction, leaving four passengers of the microbus killed on the spot and two others injured.
