No gas in Mirpur for 10-hr today

Staff Correspondent: Gas supply will remain suspended for 10 hours today across a vast area of Mirpur and its adjoining localities due to Metro Rail Project work.

Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Ltd (public relation) Manager Mohammad Wahiduzzaman confirmed the matter.

He said that there will no gas supply from 10am to 8pm in Mirpur and Agargaon areas for relocation of gas pipelines to facilitate construction of the Dhaka Metro Rail Project.

The areas include- Mirpur-10, Agargaon road, Monipur, Kazipara, Sewrapara, Pirerbagh, Barabagh, Senpara, Agargaon, Ibrahimpur, North Kafrul, Taltala, Mirpur-1, 2, 6, 7, Kachukhet, Kalayanpur, Shyamoli, Pikepara, Arambagh, Eastern Housing, Mirpur Cantonment and adjoining areas.
