Outrage in BUET campus as VC yet comes

Students of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) expressed outrage as Vice Chancellor (VC) Professor Saiful Islam has yet not come to the campus, after the gruesome murder of Abrar Fahad.

In face of constant pressure by the agitated students, Sher-e-Bangla Hall proctor, where Abar was found dead, called VC on his mobile phone.

But the call was received by VC’s personal assistant (PS). He replied, “VC is ill. So, he could not go to the campus right now.”

Hearing the reply, many of the students became furious while some broke down in tears.
