Section 57: Journo Helal gets bail

Staff Correspondent: The High Court (HC) has granted anticipatory bail to journalist Ajmal Hoq Helal for six weeks in a case filed against him under section 57 of ICT act.
A bench of Justice Obaidul Hassan and Justice Krishna Devnath passed the order on Tuesday.
Advocate SM Rezaul Karim accompanied by advocate Shamima Islam Mou moved for Helal in the court.
The case was filed against Ajmal Hoq Helal, senior reporter of daily Shokaler Khobor and former vice president of Dhaka Reporters' Unity, with Mathbaria Police Station of Pirojpur as he shared a status about Pirojpur-3 lawmaker Rustom Ali Farazi on his facebook timeline.
