US Mission in Bangladesh remains closed today

Staff Correspondent: The US Embassy in Dhaka including its consular section has been remained closed today (August 14) in observance of Janmashtami, a Bangladeshi national holiday.

The American Center with the Archer K Blood American Center Library and the Education USA Student Advising Center have also been remained closed on the day.

However, emergency services for American citizens are available (duty officer 55662000).
