Unknown youth crushed under train

Staff Correspondent: A youth was crushed under train at the capital's Karwan Bazaar early Tuesday.

The deceased aged nearly 24 could not be identified immediately. H was in T-shirt and trouser.

It was learnt that the youth was crushed under Mymensingh-bound Balaka Express while he was walking along the tracks in the morning, leaving him death on the spot.

Later, the body was sent to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) morgue.

Rashed Rana, Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) of Kamalapur Railway Police Station, confirmed the news.
