Want to grow up children in advanced culture: Nahid

Staff Correspondent: Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid said, "We want to grow up our children in healthy and advanced cultures. Alongside, we have to be attentive to enhance science researches. We need both science and culture.

The Minister came up with the statement while speaking a programme at Government Laboratory High School Auditorium in the capital on Friday.

Nurul Islam Nahid said that the educational progress in Bangladesh is playing an important role in empowering women. Boys and girls of our new generation are now progressing equally in all respects. This is a great development in the society.
