BSEC’s San Francisco roadshow begins

The final USA roadshow of the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has been started at the Hyatt Regency Santa Clara, Silicon Valley after the three successful roadshows respectively held in New York, Washington DC and Los Angeles.

To demonstrate the scenario and the opportunities to the investors, the distinguished delegates will join in a US-Bangladesh Tech Investment Summit along with tech industry conglomerates and investors at this roadshow.

The Silicon Valley roadshow begins around 5:30pm local time on August 2 (around 6:30pm on July 3 Bangladesh Time). Walton is one of the sponsors of this roadshow.

USA roadshow is- ‘THE RISE OF BENGAL TIGER: Potentials Of Trade and Investment in Bangladesh.’ The roadshow is being held from July 26 to August 2 in four cities across the United States.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s private sector adviser Salman F Rahman, Senior Finance Secretary of the ministry of finance Abdur Rouf Talukder, BSEC Chairman Shibli Rubayat-Ul-Islam, Commerce Secretary Tapan Kanti Ghosh, BIDA Executive Chairman Md Sirazul Islam, BEPZA Executive Chairman Major General Md Nazrul Islam and some other government and non-government high-ups are also joining the event.

The third phase of the week-long roadshow organized by the BSEC was held around 5:30pm on July 30 (around 6:30am on July 31, Bangladesh Time) at the Inter Continental Los Angeles Downtown while the second roadshow was be held at Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Washington DC on July 28.

Earlier, the week-long roadshow, an initiative of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), to showcase the strength and opportunities of business and investment in Bangladesh for the investors abroad, was started from Manhattan, New York on July 26, 2021. Walton has become the main attraction of the roadshow in the United States. Walton display center was decorated with big-screen display, X-stand, banner, and so on. The video screen featured a digital documentary on Walton’s production and marketing. A few skilled officers gave investors and visitors a better idea of Walton’s vision and mission.
